Tuna with Cucumber Chile Relish

This is another gem from Elana's Pantry.  Seriously, get your butt over to that site and check out her awesome dinners.  This relish combines basically all my favorite flavors, and they are a surprising (but delicious) combination. 
I'm not going to repost the recipe because I really didn't make any changes to it, except for using tuna instead of salmon.

The relish is made out of cucumbers, onions, serranos, mint leaves, and lime zest and juice.  Seriously, do I have any more favorites that she could have put in there?  I think this dish would be fantastic over a bed of spinach leaves.
